PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM FOR THE DELIVERY AND RETURN PROCESS
ARTICLE 1- THE SUBJECT
The purpose of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer in advance in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Decrees on Distance Contracts about the contract to be established between the Buyer and the Seller. The Online Question Solution Package, which is being sold within the scope of this Form, gives the buyer the right to ask questions for the specified period of time (for example, 6 months) during the sale.

ARTICLE 3- PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Online Product consists only of a subscription to the Digital Application for a certain period of time. The online product offers the user the opportunity to access the solutions of the questions that he cannot solve online. Information about the product and the fee will be shown to the user during the purchase process.
The username and password required to open the account for use will be sent to the User/Recipient by SMS and/or E-Mail within 48 hours from the date of paying. The date of transmission of the username and password will be accepted as the delivery date.
The E-Invoice will be delivered to the Recipient’s E-mail address.
It is possible to access the Digital Product via the Internet, and the internet speed at the location, the technical characteristics of the electronic device being used, may affect the effective and efficient use of the product. For this reason, the Buyer/User must have an internet connection with sufficient speed and an electronic device with hardware that supports the connection in order to make the most of the Online Product.
Using the online product may require high data transfer. The charges of the user’s internet service provider are not the responsibility of the Seller.
ARTICLE 4- PAYING METHODS
Payment can be paid using a credit card, debit card, or virtual card, or by wire transfer/EFT.

In such a case, the Seller is not responsible for the related transfer or EFT costs.
Paid paid errors due to errors that may be made by the Buyer during the payment the Seller is not responsible for the failures that may occur in the payment. The costs of payments made by credit card over the Internet are automatically withdrawn from the Buyer’s credit card.
If the payment is made by Wire Transfer/EFT, the user name and password will be sent after the transfer of the paid amount to the account.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the fee application.
ARTICLE 5- GENERAL PROVISIONS
The sale is completed upon the Buyer’s approval by reading this Preliminary Information Form and then paying. The buyer is informed that the obligation to pay will arise with the confirmation of the order. The user name and password for the purchased Digital Product will be sent by SMS and/or E-Mail within the time specified in this Form.
In cases where the Buyer and the User differ, the Buyer agrees that he is obliged to enter the User’s information in full and complete, and the Seller is not responsible if the Product cannot be used due to incorrect or incomplete entry of information.
The Buyer also accepts that he has obtained the personal data belonging to the User in accordance with the law, that he has the authority to share it with the Seller, that the necessary information has been made in accordance with the personal data protection legislation and that consent declarations have been received, and that all responsibility in this regard belongs to him.
Pays paid to the Seller by the relevant bank After the Online Product is opened for the User’s use, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract if the price subject to the contract is not paid to the Seller due to the determination that the credit card paid by the Buyer has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons. The Seller has the right to terminate the contract if the price subject to the contract is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank.
If the Seller is unable to make the Online Product subject to the contract available to the Buyer during the period due to force majeure, the Buyer may request that the contract be canceled or that the opening of the Online Product be postponed until the force majeure disappears.

ARTICLE 6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty conditions. In order for the right of withdrawal to be used, it is necessary that “no use has been made within the scope of the Digital Product”. The period of the right of withdrawal begins to process from the date of sending the user name and password.
Within the period of the notification of the right of withdrawal, the Seller’s info@argelabs.com.tr it must be done via e-mail address.
The Seller will turn off the Digital Product for use on the date the withdrawal notification reaches him.
If the refund of the fee is reflected to the Buyer’s account late due to reasons arising from the relevant bank, the Seller has no responsibility.
The buyer will exercise the right of withdrawal within the period and procedures specified in the above articles, otherwise he will lose the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller will process the personal data covered by this Form only for the purpose of presenting the Online Product and in accordance with the KVKK.
ARTICLE 8- SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The Buyer may submit applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court regarding disputes arising due to the implementation of the Distance Sales Contract. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Kocaeli, the Seller’s place of residence, are authorized for these applications.
